Edvance360 Version 8.1.3 Feature Update: The Ability to Drop Multiple Learners at One Time
Each course home page within Edvance360, has an optional ROSTER feature which allows users to see a list of active/enrolled attendees. Administrators have the ability to act on certain permissions within the roster tool including - the sending of public or private Messages to Users, Printing the Roster, Sort Ordering the Roster List by Last Name or First Name, Enrolling Assistants, Enrolling New Learners, and Dropping Users.
Previously, the "Drop" User Feature was done as an individual action per user from the course roster. A new "Drop Selected" button has been added to the roster in our Version 8.1.3 release which allows Admins to select multiple users at one time (via a check box next to each user's name), then click the Drop Selected button to drop multiple users at one time from the roster.
